Explore the History of Vehicle at Travel Town Museum near Long Beach
Located a few miles away from Long Beach, the Travel Town Museum is a transport interactive museum which was established on December 14, 1952. The outdoor museum in 9-acres which preserves and celebrates the railroad heritage of the western United States from 1880 to the 1930s. It features many antiques, which include artifacts from trains to classic cars to horse-drawn carriages, showcase the country’s railway history and many more. Even explores the railroads, aided its development, and opens all the year round. Also with the railroad related equipment, the museum has a major indoor collection of automobiles, horse-drawn vehicles and many more. exhibits and displays of historic steam locomotives, passenger cars and trolleys etc.
